Newport's Division 2 team also recorded there first victory of the 2014 campaign after an impressive final score 50 - 29 with Simmons, Bennett and Grieves all dropping down from the first 1st team to represent. Also Shaun Bennett David Dixon and John Brosman making the line up complete to make it a 100% success rate on the opening day of the season for the Welsh Club
